This is me, working my horse Nu Uno Time. I truly
love making art and riding horses. My husband
Gary Long trains performance horses; that is (for
you city folks) Cutting, Reining, and Reined
Cowhorses. We live in a log house in Fallon,
Nevada, and I spend  most of my time doing one
or the other. We start colts and train for all
western disciplines, living our dream of a real
western lifestyle.  In 1982, I received a Bachelor
of Fine Art in Photography and Design from the
University of Hawaii and have been making art
my whole life. I take many pictures from which I
work to convey my love of horses, cowboys and
all things western. Whether its pastels, pencils,
photography, making jewelry, I love it all, and at
any given time have two or three projects going.
(not to mention, trying to build and maintain my
website!) I sincerely hope you enjoy my work and
